What is a digital business card?
A digital business card is an online profile with contact details, links, social media and a contact card for saving. You share it via NFC card, link or QR code and can update the information later.
What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card is a physical card with an integrated chip. When held near an NFC-capable smartphone, your digital profile or another destination you chose opens.
Does the person I'm sharing with need an app?
No. On a modern NFC-capable smartphone, simply hold the card to the device's NFC read area. The profile page opens in the browser.
Does Know Me work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Know Me is designed for modern smartphones. What matters is that the device supports NFC and that NFC is enabled in the system.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. You can edit your digital profile at any time in your account. The NFC card itself does not need to be replaced.
What can the card open?
Among other options, you can store your Know Me profile, a savable contact card, your website or selected contact and social media destinations.
Why multiple profiles in one company account?
A company account saves administrative effort: one responsible person maintains employee profiles, keeps data consistent, assigns NFC cards and can react quickly to staff or role changes. Multiple individual free accounts, by contrast, mean multiple logins, dispersed responsibilities and less control over the brand presence.
Can I capture contacts at a trade fair with my card?
Yes. With any paid plan, visitors can voluntarily leave their contact details via your NFC card. You can find the collected contacts in your account and add private notes about the conversation, location or occasion. This feature is not included with the free profile.
How much does Know Me cost?
A profile page is free. NFC cards start at €14.90 including VAT. Packages for multiple profiles and contact capture start at €4.90 per month including VAT.
